If you’ve placed an order and need to add or remove something, the best thing you can do is get in touch with us immediately. Assuming that the item is in the condition is was shipped to you in and is unused then yes you can. We would rather try and sort your problem out though as you would have to pay to ship the item back to us. If you do want to return something, the first thing you should do is email us at hello@indianspicecompany.co.uk. We can only accept returns for items purchased through our website, not another stockist.

We try to ship our orders as quickly as possible. We ship most items the next working day after the order is placed. If you order over the weekend, then your order will be shipped on a Monday.

For orders over £50 we ship them to you free of charge. For anything under £50, we add an extra £4.50 to cover shipping. You'll find this information on the checkout page.
