  • HOW DO I CHANGE SOMETHING ON AN ORDER I’VE JUST PLACED?
    If you’ve placed an order and need to add or remove something, the best thing you can do is get in touch with us immediately. We try to get our orders processed on the day you place the order, so you’ll have to be quick. You can give us a call on 01865 745 300 or email us at hello@indianspicecompany.co.uk.
  • CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?
    Assuming that the item is in the condition is was shipped to you in and is unused then yes you can. We would rather try and sort your problem out though as you would have to pay to ship the item back to us. If you do want to return something, the first thing you should do is email us at hello@indianspicecompany.co.uk. We can only accept returns for items purchased through our website, not another stockist.
  • WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
    We try to ship our orders as quickly as possible. We ship most items the next working day after the order is placed. If you order over the weekend, then your order will be shipped on a Monday.
  • WHAT IF SOMETHING WAS MISSING/WRONG IN MY ORDER?
    We’re only human and mistakes can happen. If something is wrong then please give us a call on 01865 745 300 or email us at hello@indianspicecompany.co.uk and we’ll try and sort it out ASAP.
  • HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
    For orders over £50 we ship them to you free of charge. For anything under £50, we add an extra £4.50 to cover shipping. You'll find this information on the checkout page.
  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
    Sadly, not at the moment.
